These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by Very Good Beat Club (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Very Good Beat Club provides audio, lighting, DJ services, and creative production solutions for small to medium-sized events. Services are customized based on client needs and confirmed in writing prior to each event.

We currently serve events ranging from approximately 10 to 500 attendees. Larger-scale productions may be supported on a case-by-case basis through DJ services or supplemental support, but we do not guarantee full production capacity for large-scale events.

2. Bookings & Confirmation

A booking is only considered confirmed once:

  • A written agreement or proposal is accepted

  • Any required deposit is received

  • Event details are mutually confirmed

We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

3. Payments & Deposits

Payment terms, including deposits, balances, and due dates, will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Deposits are typically non-refundable

  • Full payment is required by the agreed-upon date prior to the event

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Client cancellations may result in forfeiture of deposits and/or fees already incurred.

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be agreed upon in writing. Additional fees may apply depending on timing and resource commitments.

If we are unable to fulfill a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable replacement or issue a refund for services not rendered.

5. Event Conditions

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the venue provides:

  • Safe and appropriate access for setup and breakdown

  • Adequate power supply for equipment

  • Compliance with all applicable venue rules and permits

We are not responsible for delays or performance issues caused by venue restrictions, unsafe conditions, or lack of access.

6. Equipment & Liability

We take care in handling all equipment and providing professional service. However:

  • We are not liable for damage caused by venue conditions, third-party interference, or guest behavior

  • Clients may be responsible for damage to our equipment caused by misuse, negligence, or unsafe conditions at the event

  • We are not responsible for indirect losses, including lost profits, business interruption, or emotional distress

7. Performance Conditions

Event performance quality may be affected by factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Venue acoustics

  • Power supply limitations

  • Environmental conditions (indoor/outdoor events)

  • Guest behavior or interruptions

We will always make reasonable efforts to deliver the best possible experience under the conditions provided.

8. Intellectual Property & Content

Any mixes, recordings, branding, or content created by Very Good Beat Club remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may capture photos or video at events for promotional use, unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to the event.

9. Website Use

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and media, is owned by Very Good Beat Club and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

10. Third-Party Services

We may work with third-party vendors, platforms, or tools to deliver services (such as booking systems, analytics tools, or venue partners). We are not responsible for the performance or policies of third-party services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Very Good Beat Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to a booking shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.

12. Changes to Services or Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The most recent version will always be posted on this page with the updated date.
