Refund Policy
A legal disclaimer
Last updated: May 4, 2026
This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for services provided by Very Good Beat Club (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Deposits
To secure an event date, a deposit is required at the time of booking.
-
All deposits are non-refundable
-
Deposits secure your date and cover administrative time, scheduling, and reservation of services
-
Once a date is reserved, we may decline other bookings for that same date
Because of this, deposits cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including cancellations.
2. Cancellations by Client
If you cancel your event:
-
Any payments made, including deposits, are non-refundable
-
Additional payments beyond the deposit may be partially refundable depending on the timing of cancellation and expenses already incurred
Refund eligibility (if any) is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may consider preparation time, scheduling commitments, and costs already committed.
3. Rescheduling
We understand plans can change.
-
Rescheduling is subject to availability
-
Requests must be made in writing
-
Deposits may be transferred to a new date at our discretion
-
Additional fees may apply depending on timing and scheduling impact
4. Cancellations by Very Good Beat Club
In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill a confirmed booking due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances:
-
We will make reasonable efforts to provide a qualified replacement
-
If no replacement is available, we will issue a refund for services not rendered
We are not responsible for any indirect costs incurred by the client (such as venue fees, travel, or third-party vendors).
5. Event-Day Conditions
No refunds will be issued for issues arising on the day of the event that are outside our control, including but not limited to:
-
Venue restrictions or access issues
-
Inadequate power supply or unsafe conditions
-
Environmental factors (indoor/outdoor conditions)
-
Guest behavior or interruptions
We will always make reasonable efforts to adapt and deliver the best possible experience under the circumstances provided.
6. No-Show or Late Cancellation
If the client fails to appear, provide access, or proceeds with cancellation within a short timeframe prior to the event, all payments are non-refundable.
7. Payment Disputes
We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly through communication.
