Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions Last updated: May 4, 2026 These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Very Good Beat Club (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the following terms. Services We provide DJ services, audio, lighting, and creative production for small to medium events (approximately 10–500 guests). Larger events may be supported on a case-by-case basis for DJ or supplemental services only. All services are confirmed in writing. Bookings & Payment A booking is only confirmed once a deposit is received and event details are agreed upon. Payment terms are outlined in your invoice or agreement. Deposits are non-refundable and secure your date. Full payment is required by the agreed deadline prior to the event. Cancellations & Rescheduling Client cancellations result in forfeiture of deposits. Additional payments may be partially refundable depending on timing and incurred costs. Rescheduling is subject to availability and approval, and deposits may be transferred at our discretion. If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will attempt to provide a replacement or refund services not rendered. Event Conditions Clients are responsible for providing safe venue access, adequate power, and compliance with venue rules. We are not responsible for delays or performance issues caused by venue limitations, environmental conditions, or third-party interference. Liability We are not liable for indirect damages, including lost profits or venue-related issues. Clients may be responsible for equipment damage caused by misuse or unsafe conditions. Media We may capture photos or video at events for promotional use unless requested otherwise in writing before the event. Intellectual Property All content, mixes, and materials created by Very Good Beat Club remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third Parties We may use third-party tools or vendors to deliver services and are not responsible for their independent performance or policies. Changes We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services or website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
